My first year at InPro was a whirlwind of in depth product training, continuous benefit opportunities and introduction of friendly/helpful peers. Every time I walked down the hall, I was always greeted with a friendly smile or hello. It was often pondered, “When it would end?”
Almost 3 years later, little has changed. InPro continues to strive for excellence through continuous product training, outstanding benefits and opportunities to improve your self. The only difference now? I know the names of the peers I pass in the hall.

It is simple to explain my experience at InPro… It is like having a caring grandmother that will always be there no matter what. She will encourage you, treat you the best, and love you like everyone else in the family without playing favorites. In essence, it can’t be replaced.

One really nice benefit about working for InPro is you are able to explore different career paths within the company. I started working at InPro in the estimating department with my Interior Design degree. Once I found out InPro had a Color and Design Center, I wanted to transfer departments to continue my career in the design field. I was lucky enough for there to be an opening and I was able to transfer departments to pursue my design profession. It is pleasant to know that your employer encourages individual success in their own employees.
