My Order

How do I check the status of my order?
To check on the status of an existing order please verify you are logged on to the site.  Click on the "Order Status" link in the upper right section of the screen to check the status of your InPro orders.

 

Is there a way to quickly re-order products I have previously ordered?
Absolutely! Click on the "Quick ReOrder" link in the center blue navigation bar. The link will take you to previous orders where you can select products for reorder.

 

Can I update my order after the checkout process has completed?
Unfortunately, changes to an order placed on ShopInPro.com cannot be updated on the website.  Please call 1-866-584-8683 and let our InPro staff assist you with your order.

 

Can I save my shopping cart to purchase at a later time?
You sure can.  On the shopping cart page there is a link "Save as a quote".  By clicking on this link, your shopping cart will be saved off to a new quote.  Simply name your quote and click the "Save" button.  You should now be able to view this new quote under the "My Quotes" section of the site. 

You have the option of moving any of your quotes back to the shopping cart when you are ready to purchase them.

 

Can I get a copy of an invoice from a previous order?
Why not?  Invoices can be accessed after logging in with the following steps:
1. Click "My Orders" in the blue header bar.
2. Click any order with the status of "Invoiced".
3. Click "View Invoice" located underneath the order number.
From here you can view, print, or email a copy of the invoice to yourself.

How do I establish an account with InPro Corporation?
Establishing an account with InPro can be done in two ways. You can either fill out a Customer Registration Form online, or call our customer service department at: 1.800.222.5556

 

How do I update my contact information?
To update account information, please verify you are logged into ShopInPro.com. Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right section of the screen to edit your information. Please note: change requests regarding Company Name and Address will not take immediate affect and must go through a verification process InPro Corporation.

 

Why can I only make purchases with a credit card?
InPro Corporation allows customers to make purchases via open lines of credit. Establishing a line of credit with InPro can be achieved in two ways. You can fill out and submit a Credit Application Form, or call our customer service department at: 1.800.222.5556.

My Quotes

What is the "My Quotes" section used for?
The My Quotes section of ShopInPro is used to store potential orders that you are not ready to purchase yet. Think of it as a shopping cart filled with products that you would like to save for later.

 

How do I create a quote?
From the "My Quotes" page, click the "Create New Quote" button. You will be asked to name your quote. Name your quote something specific for future reference, eg. "Hospital West Wing 3rd Floor". Once your quote has been created, you will see it in a list of existing quotes. To learn about adding items to your quote, click here.

 

How do I add items to my quote?
Note: before you can add items to your quote, you first need to create a quote. This can be done in the "My Quotes" section of the website once you are logged in.


1. Navigate to the product you would like quoted. For example, if you want a quote for a 154 Surface Mount Corner Guard, navigate to "Home" >> "Corner Guards" >> "Surface Mount" >> "150 Surface Mount Corner Guard". You can also get to your product by typing the model number in the search box. For example, type "154" and click "GO".


2. Specify your product options including model number and any required color and hardware options.


3. Scroll down the page, below the product picture. On the right side of the screen you will see a section in gray titled "MY QUOTES". Note: You need to be signed in to ShopInPro to see this section.


4. Specify the quantity desired in the textbox under the "MY QUOTES" section.


5. Select the quote name from the "Select a Quote" drop down box.

6. Click "Add to Quote" button.

 

Can my sales rep see the quotes I've created?
Yes.  Your InPro Corp. sales rep can view all the quotes you have created on your account in addition to others at your company that have access to ShopInPro.  You can also email your quotes to anyone you choose.

 

Can I purchase a quote?
You sure can! View the quote that you would like to purchase. On the bottom of the quote page, there should be a buttong "Add to cart". By clicking this button all the items in your quote will be moved to your shopping cart. If you would like to add only a couple of items to your cart you can do that too. Just select which items you would like to move to your shopping cart by checking and unchecking the boxes next to each line item. Items that are checked will be moved to your shopping cart only.

My Catalog

What is the "My Catalog" section?
The "My Catalog" section is a way to personalize your shopping experience on ShopInPro.com.  Products that you order on a regular basis can be added to your personal catalog for quicker, easier access.  From the catalog page, you can purchase a product by clicking the "Buy Now" button.

 

How do I add items to My Catalog?
Products can be added to your personal catalog directly from the product pages. Simply navigate to a product that you would like to add to your catalog and click "Add to My Catalog" button.   If you would like to remove a product from your catalog, go to the "My Catalog" section and click the "Delete" link next to the product you wish to remove./

How do I return a product?
Products may be eligible for return to InPro in accordance with our Company Return Policy. If you desire to return product, please call 1.800.222.5556 for assistance.

 

Do you provide assistance with installing your products?
All orders include installation instructions; however, If you have further installation questions on InPro products, please call our Installation Hotline at 1.866.394.6776.

 

Can I request an InPro catalog or literature?
Fill out the Product Literature Request form to receive all the information you ever wanted to know about InPro Corporation's products.

 

Does InPro make trade show appearances?
InPro Corporation participates in a wide range of industry tradeshows across the United States.

Ordering Information

Can I use a Purchase Order number when ordering?
During the checkout process, you will be able to enter a purchase order number to reference of your order.

 

What if I'm tax exempt?
Sales tax is calculated based upon the zip code to which the products will be shipped. InPro Corporation honors all tax-exempt certificates. On the Payment & Shipping options step in the checkout process you can apply your tax exempt certificate towards the purchase of your order. In order to have no tax applied to your order, a tax exempt certificate needs to be on file with InPro Corporation.

Do you have minimum order requirements?
InPro does not require a minimum quantity for ordering. However, setup charges do apply to certain products. In an effort to save money on setup charges, InPro strongly recommends ordering Safety Stock so as not to incur multiple setup charges.

How does your Quick Ship program work?
InPro maintains a constant inventory of several products that can be delivered to your door step in days. Our Interior Protection Products are available in six colors for the Quick Ship program:

Antique White 0104  Taupe 0113  White Sand 0103
 Chamois 0234  Khaki Brown 0118  Slate 0237
In order to receive items via the Quick Ship program, an order must contain Quick Ship items only. Orders consisting of Quick Ship items and other items will be delayed until all products can be shipped. Look for this logo Quick Ship to identify products that belong to the Quick Ship program.

Can I use my own freight carrier?
InPro uses several different providers for freight carrying service. If the freight carrier of your choice is not available, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you and the provider of your choice.

Shipping Information

How are shipping costs calculated?
Products ordered on ShopInPro.com may ship from several different locations. The cost to ship your products is calculated based upon where the products are shipping from and the final destination.  Multiple shipping costs are viewable on the screen prior to submitting the order.

 

How are international shipments handled?
InPro Corporation values your time. Shipments are made F.O.B. Muskego, Wisconsin, USA using the best and most efficient routing determined by InPro Corporation. InPro Corporation requires a minimum product order in the amount of $100. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to the invoice. InPro Corporation reserves the right to select the packaging, shipping method, and airfreight carrier for your order, which will ensure the integrity of the product and efficient tracking. Upon receipt of your order and above-requested information, we will advise you of the total cost.
