Homeowners usually have two main things in mind when they visit your showroom – a need and a budget. The need is usually stated as, “We want to redo our kitchen (or bathroom).” The budgets run from maybe some simple resurfacing to a complete gut-and-rebuild. Your job is to help them arrive at a design, select materials and products and give them an estimate.
