1979
InPro Establishes Vinyl Recycling for Manufacturing
From the beginning, scrap rigid vinyl was reground to manufacture impact bumpers in wall guards and handrail - eliminating waste and conserving resources.

Recycled Aluminum
Select corner and wall guards are manufactured using recycled content aluminum retainers.

1998
InPro Joins UGBC
InPro partners with the U.S. Green Building Council just three years after the USGBC is established. InPro joins with only five other product manufacturer members: Armstrong®, Herman Miller, InterfaceFLOR™, USG and Andersen® Windows.

EnviroGT™ Launched
InPro establishes a formal line of non-PVC wall protection products - the first of its kind.

2002
HDPE & FSC Certified Wood
EnviroGT™ introduces G series, a line of handrails, wall guards and corner guards available in high density polyethylene (HDPE) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood.
NuTree™
InPro introduces Nu-Tree wall guards made using 100% recycled HDPE. You know it as the material made from milk jugs. Today, InPro offers Nu-Tree diamond plate sheet made using medium density polyethylene (MDPE).

InPro delivers the industry's first AIA approved CES green program entitled: Introduction to Sustainability and Responsible Interior Wall Finishes.

Adding to InPro's growing line of protective surfaces is Prism - a non-porous, low-emitting decorative solid surface available in a variety of colors for a variety of applications.

PETG Sheet & Photopolymer Signage with PETG
BPA-free PETG introduced as yet another choice in the EnviroGT™ line for sheet material.
Taking a cue from EnviroGT wall protection, InPro's SignScape division begins using clear PETG to construct one-piece, vandal-resistant signage. Signs are processed in plain tap water for a high quality, eco-friendly signage solution.

To complement InPro's rigid vinyl and non-PVC wall protection, InPro 300 and 2500 paint provide low-VOC content, durability, high scrub rating and colors to perfectly match or coordinate with other door and wall protection products.

GREENGUARD® Indoor Air Quality and Children & Schools Certification
Prism® solid surface, Prism hard seaming adhesive and solid colored sheet and profiles made from rigid vinyl and PC/ABS are tested and pass Air Quality Sciences, Inc. (AQS) GREENGUARD certification satisfying the chemical emissions requirements of Califoria Section 1350.
InPro Interior Coatings paints are certified to meet GS-11, the Green Seal® environmental standard for paints and coatings based on performance requirements and reduced use of hazardous substances and reduced volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Introducing BioPolyPETG+™ Material
Today, EnviroGT™ has evolved to a new breakthrough in eco-friendly wall protection - G2® Blend sheet and profiles made with BioPolyPETG+, an innovative material made with a plant-based biopolymer blend and recycled content. BPA- and PBT-free, the G2 Blend line is the pinnacle of sustainable door and wall protection.
