Muskego, Wisconsin – November 9, 2021 – Inpro announced a transition in the Chief Operating Officer position will take place on December 31, 2021, with the planned retirement of Glenn Kennedy after a 23-year career at the Muskego company. He will be succeeded by Craig Faust, who has spent the last 6 years at Inpro preparing for the top operations role.
Glenn Kennedy began his career at Inpro in 1998, and at that time Inpro had one manufacturing facility. Today, the company operates five production facilities in Wisconsin, as well as operations in Charlotte, N.C.; Phoenix, Ariz.; Orvieto, Italy; and Mumbai, India. In addition to these plant expansions, the company’s growth has been aided by an ISO 9001 quality management system integration Kennedy was also instrumental in establishing. Prior to Inpro, he worked for 20 years in engineering and production management in the Tier 1 automotive sector.
Craig Faust came to Inpro in 2016 as VP of Manufacturing & Corp. Development. The move came after a 13-year career as an entrepreneur in the commercial printing industry, where he grew his company from $10M in sales and 80 employees, to $45M annually and 245 employees. That operation was sold to Sussex, Wis.-based Quad/Graphics, where Faust then became president of Quad’s Commercial and Specialty Printing division.
“Over Glenn’s 23 years at Inpro, he has most certainly accomplished his goal of turning Inpro into the world-class manufacturing and distribution company he envisioned,” said Steve Ziegler, Inpro’s chairman. “Throughout the entire operations side of our business, the foundation and structure he is the architect of will live on forever. And soon Craig, who is also very talented in manufacturing and distribution, will put his mark on our operations. We are extremely fortunate to be like the Green Bay Packers, with back-to-back hall-of-fame caliber leaders.”
