Muskego, Wisconsin – The Waukesha County Business Alliance (WCBA) has announced Inpro is the Business of the Year for 2021 in the Large Business category of firms with 250 employees or more.

The Business of the Year award honors small, medium and large businesses with a significant presence in southeast Wisconsin who are committed to good business practices, are involved in their community, are committed to their customers and employees and demonstrate financial growth and consistency.

The Judging Criteria cover six key operational aspects of the nominee’s business:

• Customer focused commitment
• Community service involvement
• A history of good employee relations/benefits
• Financial growth and consistency
• Education partnerships and workforce development
