Muskego’s 15th Annual National Night Out Set for August 13 at Veterans Park

MUSKEGO, WIS. — The Muskego Task Force on Public Safety Education, in partnership with the Muskego Police Department, Tess Corners Fire Department, and a variety of community sponsors and supporters, proudly invites residents to Muskego’s 15th annual National Night Out.

The event will take place on Wednesday, August 13, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Veterans Memorial Park and will feature a wide variety of free, family-friendly activities and opportunities to connect with local public safety personnel.

Community members can speak with local and federal law enforcement officers, fire personnel, and safety experts to learn how to better protect their homes and neighborhoods. The event also includes exciting entertainment, food, and giveaways:

• Meet-and-greets with local police, firefighters, EMS teams, and K-9 units
• Live music from Irish band The Gleasons and the Muskego High School Drumline
• A beer garden by Raised Grain
• Delicious food including pulled pork, brats, burgers, and more
• Hands-on safety demos like Jaws of Life, Smoke House, Fire Extinguisher training, ambulance and fire truck tours, and a special appearance from Flight for Life (weather permitting)
• Family-friendly fun: inflatables, glitter tattoos, glow stick walk, spray house, and more
• Prize giveaways featuring five $100 Fleet Farm gift cards
