Q: Does Inpro sell to individuals and homeowners?

A: No.

Q: What is the typical transit time after products leave Inpro?

A: It varies based on your location but will range anywhere from 2 - 5 working days.

Q: Is there special handling when product is delivered?

A: Yes!  A loading dock and a forklift with extended forks are required for handling most of our pallets.

Q: What material is used for Inpro Washroom Systems?

A: Inpro Washroom Systems are made from our Prism™ Solid Surface materials, which is a proprietary blend of alumina trihydrate (ATH), specially formulated resin, and decorative fillers and pigments. This material is used in both our shower systems and privacy partitions. Learn more about what is Prism™ Solid Surface.

Q: What colors are available?

A: We offer a wide range of colors specifically geared toward our commercial markets in 3 color categories:

  • A Colors: Solid pigmented colors (our most popular category).
  • A1 Colors: These include small darker particulates that can help camouflage daily wear and tear or superficial blemishes.
  • B Colors: Our most-decorative category has speckles and particulates designed to mimic the look of granites or natural stone.

All of our colors are solid all the way through which means they can be renewed for years to come. See our full palette of colors available and order samples today.

Shower + Toilet Partition Questions and Answers:

Q: Can I trim your partitions in the field?

A: We make our partitions to size to fit your needs, so no trimming in the field is required. Our partitions have a durable core material and are completely encapsulated, so we do not recommend trimming these. If field adjustments are needed, please contact your inside representative for a solution.

NOTE: Field fabrication errors that damage the encapsulation will void the product warranty.

Q: How does Prism™ Solid Surface compare to phenolic?

A: The biggest benefit of solid surface partitions is the ability to renew and repair the material. A scratch, dent, ding or crack can easily be fixed whereas with phenolic if the material is damaged the entire panel will likely need to be replaced.

Q: How are your partitions different than HDPE?

A: Prism™ Solid Surface Partitions are renewable and repairable when damaged. HDPE is a plastic material that if damaged will likely require the entire piece to be replaced.

Q: What is the difference in cost between standard stall and an ADA accommodation stall?

A: This is minimal and will fall between 5-10% based on overall configurations of each stall.

Q: What is the difference between our shower partitions and our competitors?

A: In addition to being renewable and repairable, our core material is completely impervious to water. This not only adds to the structural strength, but also reduces the overall weight of the partitions.

Q: What is the warranty on Inpro Partitions?

A: 5 Years.  Here’s is our Limited Warranty.

Q: How do you repair our partitions?

A: In many cases, damage to the partitions can be sanded and buffed back to factory finish in a matter of minutes. For cracks, dents or chips we can provide a patch kit to fix the issues in the field. We have an easy to follow video on how to perform these steps to bring your partition back to looking new.
