501H Series Pan System

The 501 floor expansion joint system is designed for generous day-to-day and seismic movement requirements allowing for infill of deep flooring finishes.

• 1 7/8" (46mm) deep pan ideal for floor finishes with increased depth such as marble granite limestone and paver systems.
• Pan profile provides a vertical surface to abut 20 mm thick tile against eliminating the need to bevel flooring edges.
• The combined use of center bars and tapered frame components resets the pan after seismic movement.
• Seals are flush with flooring easy to clean and prevent dirt and water traps.
• All flat seals are GREENGUARD Gold certified and provide the following qualities:

  • Common with most pan systems.
  • Seals provide superior thermal movement as compared to any sealant on the market and drastically reduce facility maintenance costs by eliminating backer rod and sealant systems.
