Phased renovation of Shaw Hall to update and modernize bathrooms, resident rooms and common areas.

BHDP Architecture - Columbus, OH

Shaw Hall, built in 1960 with a capacity of 150 residents, is undergoing a phased renovation to update and modernize all resident rooms, common areas and bathrooms. Phase 1 on the first floor was completed in the summer of 2016, and floors 2 and 3 will be completed each following summer.

The project includes installation of BioPrism® solid surface shower compartments which is a non-porous and antimicrobial surface that helps prevent mold, mildew, and odor-causing bacteria, resulting in reduced cleaning and maintenance.
