Mint Hill facility brings two operations under one roof as company grows footprint nationwide
MUSKEGO, Wis. – Inpro, a Muskego, WI-based global provider of high-performance, design-forward architectural products for commercial buildings, marked a year of significant growth with a ribbon-cutting for its new manufacturing facility in Mint Hill, North Carolina, while continuing to expand its Muskego, Wisconsin headquarters. The 165,000-square-foot Mint Hill facility brings two previously separate Inpro operations under one roof, adding capacity to support the company's growing customer base.
Operations at the Mint Hill facility began earlier this year.
“The opening of the new Inpro Mint Hill facility marks another milestone in a year of unprecedented growth for our company,” said Inpro CEO Marc Holland. “We're investing in our people, expanding our manufacturing capabilities, and strengthening our ability to serve customers across the country while investing in the communities where we operate.”
The Mint Hill expansion, first announced in 2024, is part of Inpro's long-term growth strategy and continued investment in the communities where its employees live and work. Company leaders were joined by employees, customers, community partners and local officials to celebrate the milestone and tour the facility. Attendees included Mint Hill Mayor Dale Dalton, Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Paige McKinney, and representatives from local businesses and economic development organizations.

Inpro is also investing in its Muskego headquarters, recently opening a new Design Center + Showroom for product innovation and customer collaboration. Later this year, the company will open its 30,000-square-foot Saturn 2 facility, expanding manufacturing capacity and strengthening its ability to deliver products on time for customers around the world.
In May, Inpro was named a 2026 U.S. Best Managed Company, a prestigious national recognition sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal. Inpro was the only Wisconsin-based company to receive the honor in 2026, and the first Wisconsin company recognized since 2021.
