Muskego, WI – November 15, 2025 — Inpro has been recognized by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) with a Recycling Excellence Award for Overall Program, celebrating the company’s leadership in recycling, waste reduction, and continuous sustainability improvement.
The announcement comes at an especially meaningful time — America Recycles Day, a national initiative that promotes recycling, waste reduction, and the purchase of recycled products. The day encourages individuals and organizations alike to strengthen their commitment to sustainable resource management — a mission that mirrors Inpro’s own journey.
“At Inpro, we measure success in our recycling and waste diversion program through verified data, the dedication of the people who make it possible, and our ongoing efforts to improve resource management. Achieving SCS Global Services Zero Waste Program Certification earlier this year and now the WDNR Recycling Excellence Award reflects our core values, our employees’ commitment, and the strong partnerships that continue to help us grow a successful and environmentally responsible company,” said Marc Holland, CEO of Inpro.
The DNR’s Recycling Excellence Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate innovation, collaboration, and measurable progress in recycling and waste minimization. Inpro earned the Overall Program award following its Zero Waste Program Certification through SCS Global Services, verifying that 63.99% of all waste generated in 2023 was diverted from landfills.
Certification required extensive data collection, internal audits, and company-wide collaboration led by Inpro’s Environmental Management Systems team. The company’s initiatives span PVC and ABS plastics, metals, cardboard, e-waste, wooden spools, and pallets — including a partnership with Fishiding, which repurposes PVC scrap into fish habitats.
“This recognition reflects years of teamwork and innovation,” said Jessica Jenkins, Sustainability Manager. “By focusing on waste reduction and reuse, we’re not only conserving resources but also building a stronger, more sustainable future.”
With a long-term goal of 100% waste diversion by 2060, Inpro continues to build on its environmental commitments — aligning perfectly with the purpose of America Recycles Day: inspiring action and accountability for a cleaner, more sustainable world.
