General Questions and Answers:

Q: How do I send in my signage schedule?

A: Signage schedules are best submitted as text in Word or Excel documents. Proper formatting helps speed up the ordering process, so feel free to reach out to a customer service representative if you need clarification on how to format your file.

A: Absolutely! We can add your custom logo to almost any sign type. For the best results, provide a vectorized file in .ai or .eps format.

Q: Can you do custom colors, and is there a fee?

A: Yes, custom colors are available, and a fee may apply. For photopolymer or acrylic signs, we can match paint from most major national brands with a provided color number or physical sample. For printed signs, we match Pantone Solid Colors or InPro’s standard colors.

Q: What are your lead times?

A: Lead times depend on the sign type and project size. Please reach out to a sales representative for detailed timelines regarding your specific order.

Q: Can you provide takeoffs/estimates?

A: Yes, we have a fully staffed estimating department that provides detailed estimates, product placement drawings, and takeoffs.

Q: Do you offer signs for exterior applications?

A: Yes, exterior signs are available. Our options include Exterior Aluminum Photopolymer ADA-compliant signs (with raised text and braille) and aluminum signs with printed or applied vinyl letters and graphics.

Q: Are your signs compliant with ADA regulations?

A: Absolutely. The design team stays up to date on the latest ADA regulations. If your requested signs don’t meet compliance standards, you’ll be informed and provided with a compliant alternative. Providing ADA-compliant signage is the cornerstone of our services.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer on your signs?

A: We offer a limited two-year warranty, guaranteeing that our products are free of manufacturing and material defects.

Q: What shapes and sizes do you offer?

A: We provide over a dozen standard shapes and a wide range of sizes. Custom shapes and sizes are also available, although they may require additional lead time and cost. For more details, reach out to your sales representative or request more information here.

Q: Do you provide inserts?

A: We do not supply paper inserts for window signs (aside from Evacuation Plans). However, we can provide editable templates in Microsoft Word for your convenience.

Q: What is the largest/smallest sign you can make?

A: For Palladium® Rigid Vinyl signs, the maximum size is 47” x 95”. For photopolymer signage, whether for interior or exterior use, the maximum size is 18” x 24”.

Material Questions and Answers:

Q: Can you print on your rigid sheet material?

A: Yes, our digital printing can be applied to a variety of substrates and materials. Intricate logos or graphics can be seamlessly added to signs, and custom color matching ensures consistency between printed graphics and raised text.

Q: What is PETG?

A: PETG is the base material used for photopolymer and digitally printed signs. It is a thermoplastic polymer resin of the polyester family, extruded into transparent sheets. PETG contains at least 40% post-industrial recycled content, making it durable, resilient, and shatterproof.

Q: What is Photopolymer?

A: Interior-grade photopolymer is a nylon-based material processed and hardened using UV light. It can be bonded to various substrates and thicknesses. Photopolymer signage is vandal-resistant, UV-stable, and ideal for environmentally conscious customers.
