Moisture Barriers are designed to resist the penetration of moisture through wall ceiling and floor assemblies of a structure. Our membranes deter air currents and wind-driven rain to ensure the fire barrier stays dry.
- Exterior grade system capable of matching 50% joint movement.
- Consists of fiber-reinforced EPDM membranes sandwiching commercial grade insulation adhered and pinned together to form a seismic-capable assembly.
- Maintains a minimum R-Value of 15.
- Seams and directional transitions designed to ensure a watertight seal and positive condensation drainage
