The AC Hotel + Hyatt House in Lansing, Michigan, is a new five-story, 190,222 SF dual-brand hotel complex. Offering 295 keys, the project features a 156-key AC Hotel with a restaurant and lounge, and a 139-key Hyatt House with apartment-style kitchens and an H-bar. Both brands provide meeting rooms, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. With a focus on enhancing functionality and aesthetics, the hotel management partnered with Inpro to create an inviting atmosphere while preserving the building’s integrity.
