The Project
Alexis Multispecialty Hospital is a 7-story, 200-bed tertiary care hospital located
in Nagpur in India’s heartland. The hospital has a contemporary building design, which is technologically advanced in terms of energy efficiency. The aim was to create aesthetic appeal to the public—the importance was not on the sq. ft. area, but on the look, feel and grandness of the hospital. The hospital achieved a LEED GOLD rating.
