The Story

A luxury apartment complex in Green Bay, Wisconsin erected in the area near the iconic professional sports stadium involved multiple contractors and installers throughout its construction. The interior and exterior systems located within required both reliable performance and a modern aesthetic to ensure safety of its occupants, while looking nice in the bustling community it surrounded. For the podium deck portion of the project, functionality was the driving force, having to maintain a fire-rating while keeping the parking area below dry from the weather above. With hands-on field expertise and products from Inpro, this beautiful complex now stands as a sight to behold in the busy district.

They are a great example of the best type of expansion joint application – one that is never seen.
