The Project
An extensive, $9.6M multi-year project to expand and renovate Pine Crest, a 180-bed facility that is owned and operated by Lincoln County (Wis.). The project included a new 14,190 SF, 20-bed rehabilitation unit; a new 15,864 SF special-care unit with 20 beds; as well as a renovation to a portion of the skilled facility to provide additional private rooms.
