The Project
A $52 million, 102,000 sq. ft. multiyear major renovation, the first since the facility opened 33 years ago. The expected completion will be in 2019. The specific renovation profiled here is for the 7th and 8th floor South Tower, and an upgrade to the employee parking structure.
