The Project
A massive renovation of nine, four-level dormitories for the Corps of Cadets. The dorms, located on the Quad, were originally
built in the 1930s. The buildings are approximately 34,000 sq. ft. each, and house about 210 cadets. The project updated doors, windows, student bathrooms, HVAC, security and lighting systems. In addition two new Leadership Learning Centers were added.
