The Project

Originally built in 1964, Fletcher Hall, which houses 500 students, needed a complete renovation. The $13.4M. 100,000 sq. ft. project included a new 16,000 sq. ft. addition, new mechanical and electrical systems, as well as an upgrade to the fire sprinkler system. In addition, all student residence rooms, bathrooms, showers and common areas were completely refurbished and brought into code compliance.
