The Project
Renovation of the elevator cabs as part of a $2M renovation of the historic Witte Hardware Building on Laclede’s Landing in St. Louis. From 1849-1975 the building housed a wholesale hardware business, and was then converted to mixed-use office and restaurant space. The new renovations include a total makeover of the main common areas, modernization of the elevators, upgraded conference rooms and new restrooms, as well as new carpet and furnishings.
