- Contact your Inpro Sales Team to schedule a Design Vision meeting during your Design Development Stage.
During this meeting please be prepared to share examples of patterns and specific colors. (Paint/Paton Numbers). Color will very during the manufacturing process. Inpro will determine the lead time to receive the first PDF rendering of the pattern and colorway. Lead time will be based on current workload. - Inpro will e-mail PDF rendering.
- Contact/Meet with Inpro to confirm approval or make any additional changes.
- Inpro will create a submittal sample for the final approval. Lead time: 10-15 business days.
Please note that once your pattern + color is approved, this product will have a 17-22 business day lead time.

Plastic Recycling Program for
Palladium Rigid Vinyl.
Inpro launched the industry’s first vinyl recycling program in 2002, and now we’re taking our recycling program to the next generation.
By taking advantage of our recycling program, you not only divert used material from the landfill, you also cut down on the amount of new plastics used since the recycled material can be reground into other products.
Getting credit for being green: Inpro will issue a credit certificate (valid for one year) toward purchase of new Inpro products. The amount of credit will be $1.50 per pound of returned material.
Materials accepted:
Currently we are only able to recycle known and separated materials.
- Separate and cut Inpro plastic products per the table below.
- Number the boxes being returned.
- Check one column option per box on the table below to identify the contents of each box. If returning more than 12 boxes, use multiple forms as needed.
- Email or FAX the completed form(s) to Inpro Customer Service for return authorization (customerservice@inprocorp.com or 888.715.8407).
- Enclose the form(s) into box #1 and ship the boxes.
